What’s Eye strain?
Eye strain is simply when you strain your eyes. You’ve worked them too hard or damaged them. They can be removed, and muscles may be fatigue. Eye strain is caused by focusing on a long time. The most common thing that causes eye strain is staring at a computer screen for too long. If the computer screen is too bright, the flash or is too close to the eyes of some, it can cause irreversible damage. If you notice that you are developing eye strain and take steps to prevent it, you can save yourself from having glasses early. If you ignore the warning signs and symptoms and continue to strain your eyes, you destroy your eyes.
How can you fix this Type Strain?
If you have not already worsen your vision, it is a lot you can do to fix this type of stress. Most of it is simple and does not take much time or effort. First make adjustments on your computer. You can change settings and adjust the brightness, colors and contrast of your computer screen. Also, make sure your eyes are level with the top part of your computer screen and sitting on arm-length away from the screen.
The most fun part of preventing this type of strain is to take lots of breaks. The boss may not like this, but you can give your eyes a break without even getting out of a desk chair. Give your eyes at least ten-minute break for every hour they are looking at a computer. Get up and stretch, go for a walk, or turn your chair away from the computer and close your eyes. What type or break and rest your eyes will do you good.
